📋 Description

• Architect agentic workflows with LLMs, reasoning, and data pipelines
• Lead ML/NLP products from ideation to production
• Drive experimentation in agentic reasoning and autonomous systems
• Collaborate with product/engineering to deploy agents in recruiting workflows
• Guide decisions, mentor engineers, and set best-practices for scalable ML
• Contribute to NLP/conversational stack focusing on reliability and personalization

🎯 Requirements

• BSc or MSc in CS/ML/AI/NLP or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of production ML experience
• Expertise in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and model evaluation
• Proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow and ML tools (scikit-learn, Hugging Face)
• Advanced Python programming and strong software engineering fundamentals
• End-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment
