Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Applied AI & LLMs (x/f/m)

📋 Description

• Design and implement ML/AI for patient goals (search, retrieval, care paths)
• Build large-scale retrieval pipelines (hybrid search, embeddings, vector databases)
• Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and VLMs (distillation, MoE, prompts)
• Build agentic AI systems with tool integrations
• Define metrics aligned with product goals; run end-to-end experiments and share results
• Deploy production-grade solutions with observability and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in ML/DL/AI with production-scale results
• Strong info retrieval experience: hybrid search, embeddings, vector DBs
• Proficient in LLM/VLM apps: fine-tuning, MoE, distillation, prompts
• Hands-on with agentic AI systems (e.g., ADK)
• Metrics-driven experimentation; clearly communicate results to product teams
• Production-scale apps: monitoring, reliability, observability; fluent in English
