PhD/Master’s in CS or equivalent experience.
4+ years ML engineering experience with ownership of large-scale systems.
Background in design and development of AI/ML systems and services.
Experience with LLM-powered chatbot and Agentic AI is a plus.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across eng, product, and design.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
