Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Computer Vision/VLM

📋 Description

• Develop and train CV/multimodal models to extract rich semantic info for AI agents.
• Design scalable AI agent framework integrating foundation models with perception outputs.
• Apply Fine-tuning, RL to create a data flywheel for captioning and reasoning.
• Prototype prompting strategies for Vision-Language Models to enhance reasoning.
• Collaborate with ML Infra, Perception, Behavior, and AI Foundation teams.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from model development to production deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in CS or related field.
• 4+ years DL model training/ship CV tasks with PyTorch, JAX, or TF.
• 1+ years experience with LLMs or VLMs (fine-tuning, prompting, RAG).
• Strong software engineering fundamentals for scalable systems.
• Experience building large-scale ML data pipelines.
• Ability to lead complex projects autonomously in fast, R&D env.
