🎯 Requirements

• PhD or MS with 6+ years in ML/AI
• LLM experience: pretraining, fine-tuning, SFT, RLHF
• Experience building Agentic AI systems: multi-agent, tool-use, planning
• Production-grade ML systems, ML infra, and MLOps knowledge
• Excellent cross-functional communication
