Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Data Insights

📋 Description

• Develop scalable ML models and data pipelines for measurement and audience insights.
• Design and run experiments; measure impact; inform product decisions.
• Build production-grade agentic AI features and semantic analytics.
• Improve automation and scalability across training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with software and ML engineers on end-to-end data pipelines.
• Shape ML/Gen-AI strategy with stakeholders for ad measurement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years applying ML or data science to real business problems at scale
• Master's degree (or higher) and 4+ years in CS/ML or related field
• Strong CS fundamentals; design efficient algorithms and production systems
• ML methods for large-scale data: regression, classification, embeddings, NLP
• Proficiency in Python, Scala/Java, or C/C++
• Experience with large-scale data platforms (Spark, Trino, data lakes) and Gen-AI pipelines
