Senior Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain CTR and CVR prediction models for ad ranking.
• Build systems for creative understanding and user behavior modeling.
• Monitor model quality, calibrate predictions, and address data drift.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-engineering stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• MS or PhD in CS/ML/Statistics or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years building and operating large-scale ad delivery/optimization.
• Experience with CTR/CVR modeling, creative/content understanding, or user modeling.
• Proficient in Python, Go, Scala, or C++.
• Strong grasp of metric design, A/B testing, and large-scale data processing.
