📋 Description

• Evolve Pathfinder’s real-time recommendation system with personalized ranking.
• Build, validate, version, monitor, and iterate on production models.
• Own feature pipelines and model training/serving, with instrumentation.
• Define offline/online metrics; design experiments and evaluation.
• Collaborate with engineers and product analytics to productionize models.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in recommendation/personalization science and ML systems.
• Experience building and operating ML models in production (training, serving, monitoring).
• Proficiency in distributed systems; Go/TypeScript experience; HTTP/gRPC; streaming.
• Ability to translate product needs into testable hypotheses; strong technical communication.
• Experience with experimentation, metrics, and evaluation methodologies.
• Collaborative work style with engineers and product analytics teams.
