• Build, train, and operate real-time recommender models
• Define experiments and evaluation metrics for models
• Own training, serving, and monitoring pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building recommendation or personalization systems
• Real-time model deployment, monitoring, and A/B testing
• HTTP/gRPC, streaming, Go/TypeScript, distributed systems
• Ability to own end-to-end model development and deployment
• Strong product thinking and technical communication
• Data-driven mindset with instrumentation and metrics
