• Evolve Pathfinder's recommendation system
• Build and operate real-time recommender service
• Develop, validate, version, monitor, and iterate on models
• Own model training and serving
• Define offline and online performance measures
• Collaborate with engineers and analysts to productionize models

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building recommendation or personalization systems
• HTTP/gRPC, streaming, Go/TypeScript in distributed systems
• Own models from training to production serving
• Strong product thinker and technical communicator
• Familiarity with privacy, fairness, explainability, or responsible personalization
• Bonus: open source experience or Grafana familiarity
