🎯 Requirements

• Masters or PhD in Economics or related field
• Blend of economic theory, econometrics, and business skills
• Experience with causal inference on observational and experimental data
• Understanding of ML algorithms; strong Python skills
• Data manipulation: SQL, Pandas; ML tools: scikit-learn, XGBoost
• Excellent communication and ownership
