📋 Description

• Own optimization projects across ML training, inference, serving, and launch-readiness.
• Diagnose production bottlenecks using profiling, benchmarking, monitoring, and observability.
• Develop optimization frameworks, tooling, efficiency playbooks, and reusable capabilities.
• Improve model launch readiness with load testing, reliability, latency, and cost visibility.
• Partner with ML, platform, and infra teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Influence technical direction by identifying recurring challenges and automation opportunities.

• Proven track record of improving ML training or inference efficiency.
