Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Perception 3D Segmentation

📋 Description

• Design and implement multi-modal sensor fusion (Lidar/Camera/Radar) for 3D occupancy and segmentation.
• Develop vision-first fusion to improve geometry and reduce reliance on sparse data.
• Engineer temporal processing modules to improve prediction stability over time.
• Optimize model architectures for real-time on-vehicle inference within latency constraints.
• Collaborate with Tracking/Prediction/Planner to refine contours and free-space estimates.

🎯 Requirements

• MS or PhD in CS, Robotics, ML, or related field with 6+ years of experience.
• Deep expertise in 3D computer vision and deep learning, esp. voxel-based or BEV.
• Strong Python and PyTorch skills; some C++ for integration.
• Experience with multi-sensor fusion (Lidar/Camera/Radar) and temporal data.
• Experience with occupancy networks or implicit representations (NeRF/Gaussian Splats) or scene flow.
