🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years shipping and operating ML systems in production
• Software Engineering: fluent in Python, SQL, and one more language such as Go or Java
• ML Systems Design: design clean contracts between data, model, and consumers; reason about latency
• ML Fundamentals: understand forecasting, regression, and optimization enough to challenge model
• Software Factory: define acceptance criteria, orchestrate coding agents, review outcomes not
• Platform: containers, orchestration, CI/CD, model registries; hands-on with a major cloud platform
