📋 Description

• Design, develop, optimize and deploy ML models, incl. LLMs for NLP tasks.
• Implement and maintain training pipelines with distributed training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectures and iterate.
• Conduct model evaluations, performance analysis, and bias reduction.
• Stay up to date with NLP, multimodal signals and LLMs.
• Contribute to ethical AI and responsible ML practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in NLP, DL, and AI model development.
• Python and DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Distributed training: Ray Training, PyTorch Distributed; efficient hardware use.
• Data preprocessing, tokenization, embeddings, language modeling.
• Passion for scalable, responsible AI with societal impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
