Senior Machine Learning Engineer, User Behavior

📋 Description

• Define and own the multi-year ML vision and architecture for safety.
• Own behavioral prediction models translating signals into risk intelligence.
• Build the ML foundation: feature store, pipelines, evaluation infra.
• Instrument experiments for causal validity and proper randomization.
• Drive end-to-end product development: datasets, labeling, delivery.
• Ship code and ML pipelines from training to production.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping production ML at scale.
• Hands-on classification on user-event data; sequence modeling or LLMs.
• Designing and maintaining feature pipelines and feature stores.
• Building embedding-based retrieval (ANN / vector search) in production.
• End-to-end ML pipelines: training, offline eval, A/B hooks.
• Experiment design, data validity, recall/precision tradeoffs, causal inference.
