Senior Machine Learning Engineer, User Signal & Ads

📋 Description

• Build user-signal features at scale using batch and streaming pipelines.
• Develop identity-prediction models and embeddings for ads targeting.
• Apply model outputs inside ads targeting, bidding, and ranking.
• Own the model lifecycle: training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Ensure online features are low-latency for high-QPS bidding.
• Collaborate with Ads, Data, and Infra on feature design and implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/ML or related field.
• 5+ years' ML production experience.
• Strong ML: feature engineering, embeddings, eval.
• Python with PyTorch or TensorFlow; scikit-learn, pandas/NumPy.
• Large-scale data processing: Spark, Flink, SQL/Presto/Trino.
• End-to-end model lifecycle: training, deployment, monitoring.
