Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Voice Assistant

📋 Description

• Design and develop software and algorithms for Roku’s Entertainment Assistant
• Build components for high-availability and high-performance cloud solutions
• End-to-end ownership from PoC to production
• Hands-on experience building large-scale production systems
• Strong algorithmic background for solving complex problems
• Collaborate across teams to implement best solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years ML/AI in NLU or related domain (or advanced degree with 3+ years)
• Experience with Spark, EMR, S3, Airflow; Java or Python or C++
• Strong ML fundamentals: regression, classification, neural nets, seq models
• Production ML systems experience; transformer-based models in production a plus
• Experience with LLM and generative AI techniques
• In-production NLU and/or ASR systems experience
