📋 Description

• Lead AI/ML infra for multi-billion parameter models
• Design scalable distributed systems for ML lifecycle
• Collaborate with DeepMind/Waymo teams in London and Waymo Oxford
• Own large, complex systems aligning with technical goals
• Bridge data engineering, model dev, and deployment work
• Mentor junior engineers and foster collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
• 5+ years software eng, 3+ in ML infrastructure
• Experience scaling, training, deploying large-scale ML systems
• Strong comms, ability to translate tech to broad audience
• Familiarity with autonomous driving simulations a plus
