🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience as a software engineer, with demonstrated ownership of distributed
• Built and operated low-latency data or ML infrastructure (streaming pipelines, online serving
• Track record of mentoring engineers and raising team engineering quality through code reviews
• Familiarity with ML platform components (feature stores, model serving frameworks, training
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $191,250 to $225,000 USD, excluding equity and bonus
