• Join Axon’s AI team focusing on LLM/MLLM, CV, GenAI across cloud, devices and robotics.
• Collaborate to design, develop, and deploy advanced LLM/MLLM and CV models and solutions for
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive intelligent reasoning and perception capabilities.
• Stay at the forefront of research trends and integrate findings into projects.
• Provide mentorship to junior scientists and contribute to technical documentation.
• Balance research goals with product-oriented impact in a mission-driven company.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD with +5 years (ML Scientist), +8 years (Sr. ML Scientist), or +10 years (Principal) in CS with
• Proven research track record in LLM/MLLM/Computer Vision/GenAI with top-tier publications.
• Strong Python and C/C++, experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras; ROS experience is a plus.
• Experience shaping ML lifecycles: data, modeling, training, evaluation, deployment.
• Ability to leverage state-of-the-art research for scalable AI projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
