📋 Description

• Develop and deploy advanced ML models to transform customer support experiences.

• Collaborate with product squads across data, backend, mobile/web, and design teams.
• Experiment with state-of-the-art techniques including LLMs in a human-in-the-loop system.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record delivering production ML models with business impact.
• Experience shipping deep learning, graph-based, or sequence-based architectures.
• Strong Python production code experience and SQL; comfortable with Go.
• Ability to work on ambiguous problems and own end-to-end solutions.
• Customer-outcome and data-informed decision mindset.
• Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn new technologies.
