Partner with biologists to design and optimize high-throughput imaging experiments
Develop CV/ML methods (segmentation, feature extraction) for microscopy
Collaborate with software engineers to build robust image analysis workflows
Calibrate tools, metrics, and benchmarking for fit-for-purpose solutions
Communicate findings via reports, visuals, and presentations
Identify novel phenotypes and propose screening paradigms

🎯 Requirements

PhD in computer vision, ML, CS or equivalent
Strong Python, TB-scale image datasets
Experience with CV tasks and DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras)
Apply state-of-the-art ML/CV methods to problems
Extensive microscopy data experience
Excellent communication and collaboration
