📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable ranking systems for feeds and search.
• Build ML ranking and Generative AI systems in cloud production at scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Infra, and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable ML systems.
• Write efficient, scalable, maintainable code for rapid iteration.
• Champion engineering processes and best practices; mentor teammates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building large-scale distributed, data-intensive ML systems (Go/Python/C++).
• 5+ years designing large-scale ML systems; recommender systems preferred.
• Experience building deployment, automation, diagnostics, ML monitoring tools.
• Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• BS in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiar with unit testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Self-directed, innovative, action-oriented in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication; collaborate remotely with technical and non-technical audiences.
