📋 Description

Provide premium CICS system programming support for mainframe clients.
Administer and tune CICS TS environments to resolve issues.
Work with vendor personnel to resolve CICS-related problems.
Provide 24 x 7 x 365 support across multiple time zones.
Support customer migrations and transitions for CICS TS software.
Adhere to ITSM change control and document resolutions.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
8+ years in CICS administration and systems programming.
Experience building new CICS regions.
Experience with CICSPlex and parallel sysplex configurations.
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of CICS TS concepts.
Experience with disaster recovery, monitoring, and documentation practices.
