📋 Description

• Senior Mainframe Workload Scheduler Specialist for IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS.
• Design, reliability, and evolution of the mainframe batch workload automation environment.
• Optimize enterprise-wide batch scheduling to meet SLAs and throughput.
• Integrate non-IBM scheduling tools (IWS/BatchAD, BatchCP, Audit, Graph, XINFO).
• Modernize with DevOps and APIs (Zowe CLI, REST) for CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions; lead scheduling-related projects when

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in mainframe scheduling and automation (preferred).
• Mastery of IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS (IWS/TWS); JCL, OPC/IWS definitions.
• Experience with IWS/BatchAD, IWS/BatchCP, IWS/Audit, IWS/Graph, XINFO.
• Strong knowledge of z/OS WLM, SMP/E, GDPS or multi-site scheduling is a plus.
• REXX and JCL scripting; REST API or Zowe CLI experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication in English; leadership skills for mentoring and guiding stakeholders.
