📋 Description

Provide premium Mainframe hardware system programming support.
Configure hardware (HCD/IOCP) and mirror client envs during migrations.
Escalation point for mainframe hardware issues (Tape, offline devices, Call Home).
Perform software/hardware refreshes, migrations, and daily support.
Provide 24x7x365 support across multiple time zones.
Maintain issue/resolution documentation; communicate status to clients.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years in Mainframe Hardware Support with z/OS (Tape, DASD, CPU).
Experience creating HCD and IOCP for z/OS, zVM, zVSE in multi data centers.
Senior-level familiarity with Z Series HMC and support element.
Extensive knowledge of IODF and DASD hardware with replication.
Advanced knowledge of z/OS; z/VM or z/Linux a plus.
