Senior Maintenance Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead maintenance programs, inspections, intervals, and continued airworthiness.
• Develop and maintain AMM, CMM, RSM, job/task cards, SBs, and docs.
• Partner with Design Engineering to ensure maintainability and reliability.
• Develop troubleshooting procedures and fault isolation for field techs.
• Support engineering changes and ensure docs align with configurations; assist certification.
• Lead fleet reliability investigations and root-cause analyses of propulsion and avionics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, aviation maintenance, or related.
• 5+ years in aerospace, aviation, military, or related maintenance/reliability.
• Strong knowledge of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance practices.
• Experience developing maintenance programs, AMMs, CMMs, or maintenance docs.
• Experience troubleshooting complex electromechanical, avionics, propulsion, or aircraft systems.
• Experience reviewing engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical docs.
