Senior Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance on automated warehouse systems
• Independently analyze and resolve complex faults in automation systems and electromechanical
• Handle implementation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of automated High Bay system
• Work with and maintain crane systems within automated warehouse environments
• Monitor availability, reliability and continuity of technical installations
• Train and mentor fellow technicians on technical tasks and fault analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical qualification or relevant experience in electrical/mechatronics
• At least 5 years of experience with automated systems in logistics/industrial environment
• Demonstrable experience with crane installations, preferably in automated warehouses
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, complex fault analysis
• Experience mentoring and training colleagues, or strong motivation to lead
• Analytical mindset, solution-oriented, focus on root causes and improvements
