Senior Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)

📋 Description

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot plant equipment (electrical & mechanical).
• Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, FDA, EPA and local regs.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and PM work orders.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, and adjust high-speed production equipment.
• Operate equipment safely and wear PPE per OSHA rules.
• Generate work orders and document PMs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in the food manufacturing industry.
• 4 years as an experienced maintenance mechanic.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and overtime.
• Knowledge of food-grade aluminum and stainless-steel welding techniques.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and follow specs.
