Senior Management Accountant (FTC)

📋 Description

• Partner with fund-level finance to meet SLA for information delivery.
• Review management accounts from external accountants.
• Report portfolio financial performance at monthly Customer Board meetings.
• Lead statutory audits and annual budget process management.
• Prepare technical accounting papers for acquisitions and disposals.
• Manage cash flow forecasts, funding requirements, and banking covenants.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with post-qualification experience
• Strong UK GAAP knowledge
• Experience in complex consolidations and acquisition accounting
• Experience managing statutory reporting and external audits
• Highly organized with deadlines
• Excellent communication with stakeholders
