• Domain/Industry: Supply Chain and other sectors.
• AI, data analytics: AI use cases; RAG; prompt engineering.
• SaaS apps knowledge; RPA/BI tools; dashboards.
• Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, sklearn, PyTorch); SQL.
• Process improvement & value realization; ROI measurement.
• Project & executive stakeholder mgmt; manage scopes.
• Degree in tech/management or equivalent.
