📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of 3+ accountants.
• Automate accounting workflows with AI/LLMs.
• Own end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, year-end close.

• Lead US GAAP policy and technical accounting research.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years accounting/audit; 5+ years leading a team.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge; experience leading month-end close.
• Public accounting (Big 4) or high-growth in-house.
• History of using LLMs (Claude) to automate processes.
• Hands-on with NetSuite (Numeric and Ramp) and tech to scale ops.
