Senior Manager, Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead and review corporate accounting activities across monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles
• Own quality and timeliness of balance-sheet reconciliations, journal entries, account analyses
• Coordinate with global accounting teams to resolve variances, strengthen close procedures, and
• Support consolidation activities, intercompany accounting, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets
• Partner with SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to provide accurate close data, schedules, and
• Maintain and strengthen accounting controls and support SOX activities, including control

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant experience in corporate
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting processes in a public-company or similarly
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, intercompany activity, balance-sheet
• Experience working in a SOX-controlled environment and partnering with internal and external
• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing accounting professionals in a global organization
