Senior Manager, Accounting

📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K and
• Manage the reporting calendar, disclosure checklists, XBRL tagging and tie-out support files
• Own equity accounting under ASC 718 across RSUs, options and ESPP, including the accounting for
• Prepare and review statutory and regulatory financial statements and supporting filings
• Establish scalable intercompany accounting processes and reporting to support a growing
• Review journal entries, reconciliations and flux analysis at month-end close for equity and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 6 years of accounting experience. Big 4
• CPA preferred, with deep working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations (Regulation
• Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing Forms 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K.
• Demonstrated ownership of stock-based compensation accounting
• Experience with intercompany and statutory reporting
• Excellent interpersonal, time and self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and
