Senior Manager, Accounting, Financial Systems

📋 Description

• Own the systems roadmap for Accounting & Finance; boost scalability, accuracy, and controls.
• Primary owner for core FinSys tools (ERP) supporting close, procure-to-pay, reporting.
• Lead FinSys enhancements (NetSuite, Coupa, Pigment, Zip, Workday) from design to deployment.
• Translate business needs into durable system designs, configurations, and workflows.
• Govern master data, configurations, roles, approvals, and change management for reporting.
• Automate processes to cut manual journals, reconciliations, and spreadsheet reliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance Systems, Accounting, or related in public or high-growth firms.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, reporting, procure-to-pay, and internal controls.
• Experience owning/leading ERP and related Finance system implementations.
• Translate requirements into scalable system solutions and controls.
• Strong PM skills with cross-functional, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Proactive learner with ongoing curiosity for new areas.
