Senior Manager, Accounting, Financial Systems

📋 Description

• Lead strategy and governance of Brex’s core Finance Systems.
• Own the FinSys roadmap and configurations for scalable operations.
• Lead end-to-end enhancements across ERP tools (NetSuite, Coupa, Workday).
• Translate business requirements into scalable system designs and workflows.
• Establish governance over master data, change control, and approvals.
• Drive automation to reduce manual journal entries and reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance Systems, Accounting, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of close, reporting, procure-to-pay, and controls.
• Led ERP implementations and enhancements for finance systems.
• Translate requirements into scalable system designs and controls.
• Strong PM skills for cross-functional initiatives.
• Proactive with continuous improvement mindset.
