Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end AR performance for APAC, including DSO, collections effectiveness, and
• Drive down past-due backlog through structured collection strategies, escalation protocols, and
• Lead automation and AI tech initiatives across the AR workflow (dunning, cash application
• Partner with Billing, Operations, and client-facing (Sales/Account Management/CS) teams to resolve
• Mitigate credit block (CB) by identifying trends, tightening controls with Billing/Ops upstream
• Ensure full compliance with Flexport's global AR policies, SOX/internal controls, and regional

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA a plus)
• 8+ years in Accounts Receivable/Credit & Collections, including 3+ years managing teams
• Proven track record reducing past-due AR and improving DSO in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Billing, Operations, and client-facing teams to
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/AR systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and experience driving
• Data-driven mindset with strong Excel/BI reporting skills; comfortable building and defending KPI
