Senior Manager, Adversary Hunting

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Adversary Hunting team; OT threat groups.
• Lead day-to-day hunting ops; refine methodologies; optimize Synapse/StormQL pipelines.
• Align team priorities with Dragos Intelligence collection needs and WorldView reporting goals.
• Translate hunting outcomes into WorldView content and IOC/YARA opportunities.
• Deliver KPIs for Adversary Hunting coverage, WorldView reporting, and RFI quality.
• Represent the team externally via briefs, events, webinars, and customer engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in threat intelligence, adversary tracking, or threat hunting.
• ≥2 years mentoring or leading personnel.
• Proficiency with Synapse and Storm Query Language.
• Strong knowledge of attacker TTPs; MITRE ATT&CK for ICS; Diamond Model.
• Experience with NetFlow, Censys, Shodan, and VirusTotal/Joe Sandbox.
• Excellent communication; WorldView reporting and executive briefings; travel up to 10%.
