Senior Manager, Affirm Bank Accounting (Controller)

📋 Description

• Lead the Bank accounting team and set strategic direction.
• Primary liaison with cross-functional teams under the Intercompany Program Agreement.
• Oversee monthly financial and regulatory reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build regulatory reporting function for FFIEC/Part 363 and Fed filings.
• Coordinate annual bank financial statement audit with external auditors.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive accounting/reporting automation.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA or CA designation
• 10+ years experience in Accounting, Finance or Treasury
• 5+ years people management experience
• Experience building tools/processes and scaling an Accounting team
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and Regulatory reporting
• Strong analytical, cash management and modeling experience
