Senior Manager, Agentic AI Transformation - Banking & Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Lead client advisory and end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI workflows in banking sectors
• Oversee multi-agent orchestration and autonomous decision loops
• Translate challenges into operating models, blueprints, and roadmaps
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, data science, IT, risk, and compliance
• Drive practice growth and client opportunities in AI transformation
• Develop and present strategic execution plans to senior client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years in management consulting or banking transformation
• Experience designing/ deploying Agentic AI beyond chatbots
• Strong LLM, cloud platform, and governance knowledge
• Proficiency with Azure, AWS Bedrock, and GCP Vertex AI
• Observability, guardrails, and regulatory controls expertise
• Business development and proposal shaping skills
