📋 Description

• Lead and mentor Engineering Managers and senior engineers.
• Set technical direction and ship AI-powered capabilities.
• Own delivery across multiple AI teams; manage dependencies.
• Drive AI-first engineering with AI workflows and responsible AI.
• Guide teams through evolving AI tech while preserving momentum.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Security, and other leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading product engineering teams delivering AI/data systems.
• Cross-functional leadership across Eng, Product, and partners.
• Experience mentoring Engineering Managers.
• Strong foundation in software systems for AI-enabled products.
• Experience scaling applied AI in production.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Rails, GraphQL, Apollo, React.
