📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional engineering org responsible for multiple AI leverage domains.
• Own the Internal AI Platform, a portfolio of AI products and intelligent agents powering
• Define and drive the internal AI roadmap with cross-functional leadership.
• Shape long-term vision for AI-powered workflows and employee productivity.
• Build an AI-first engineering culture leveraging LLMs throughout the software lifecycle.
• Partner with leaders across Engineering, Product, GTM, CX, and Corporate functions to deliver AI

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering with experience leading and growing engineering teams.
• Proven experience managing senior engineers or engineering managers and scaling organizations.
• Passion for generative AI, applying LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI practices to create business
• Ability to distinguish valuable technologies from hype in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• Experience building AI platforms, internal developer platforms, or enterprise AI products.
• Strong architectural judgment and ability to guide multi-team strategy while empowering engineers.
