Senior Manager, AI Operations

📋 Description

• Drive adoption of Zip AI solutions across customers, enabling automated workflows and growth.
• Own data and integration partner evaluation end-to-end: coverage, reliability, accuracy.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of Zip's platform by setting standards and tests.
• Grow and lead the team, scaling capacity with clear standards and cadence.
• Own throughput across the delivery pipeline from planning to deployment.
• Develop internal tools and automation to reduce repetitive QA tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of owning operational functions with adoption, quality, throughput outcomes.
• Experience growing and scaling delivery teams via systems, process, and coaching.
• Fluent enough to judge AI quality, read an LLM framework, and assess data partners.
• Strong commercial judgment for partner evaluations and go/no-go decisions.
• Sharp prioritization under competing demands and early risk surfacing.
• Ability to balance quality, cost, and strategic value in partner decisions.
