Senior Manager, Analytics

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary analytics partner to the commercial business
• Analyze longitudinal claims and other secondary data sources to assess patient journeys, treatment
• Lead analytics for patient services programs
• Provide high-level analytics on access, coverage, reimbursement, payer dynamics, and related
• Partner with business leaders to define, prioritize, and govern key performance indicators for
• Deliver rapid, high-quality analyses for leadership team discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, data science, public health
• 7+ (BA/BS), 5+ (MA/MS), 3+ (PhD) years of experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, life sciences
• Hands-on experience analyzing pharmaceutical or healthcare claims and other secondary data
• Experience in sales, patient services, patient access, hub, reimbursement, or market access
• Ability to define business metrics and requirements and partner with data/tech teams to develop
• Proficiency with Excel and presentation tools; experience with SQL, BI or data visualization
