🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Analytics, Health Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare analytics, market
• Direct industry experience across payer, manufacturer, consulting, or vendor environments
• Proficiency in one or more analytic tools (SQL, Python, R, Dataiku, or equivalent) and data
• Proven ability to independently lead projects and deliver strategic insights in fast-paced
• Superior communication skills — able to distill complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives
