Senior Manager, Analytics Platform

📋 Description

• Own the Analytics data model end-to-end with stakeholders.
• Hire, manage, and coach Analytics Engineers; drive performance.
• Bridge Analytics and Data Platform Engineering; align on infra and pipelines.
• Own and evolve semantic layer; ensure metric consistency.
• Define coding standards, docs, CI/CD, reviews, testing, and data quality.
• Lead cross-team data initiatives from scoping to execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics or data engineering; 2+ years people management.
• Deep SQL, dbt, Snowflake; dimensional modeling and DW design.
• Experience leading data teams, hiring and mentoring.
• Proficiency with dbt, Snowflake, Sigma or similar BI tools, Git, Python.
• Bridge tech and business stakeholders; translate requirements into data architecture.
• Track record delivering large-scale data initiatives with measurable outcomes.
