Guide adoption of AI-driven tooling and Agentic AI workflows.
Provide pragmatic, hands-on leadership across engineering and security.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in software/security, with secure development.
3+ years of technical leadership in security.
Threat modeling methods: STRIDE, PASTA, risk assessment.
SSDLC expertise, integrating security into agile development.
Experience running Security Champions programs.
Experience leading security in AWS-based, API-driven microservices.
