• Proven leadership of Professional Services, Consulting, or Customer Success
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple countries
• Strong customer-facing skills with executive stakeholder engagement
• Experience managing services delivery ops, resource planning, forecasting
• Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and business acumen
• Cybersecurity, application security, DevSecOps, or SaaS knowledge
