Senior Manager, Applied AI Engineering

📋 Description

• Own AI engineering projects end-to-end from requirements to production deployment.
• Lead architecture across cloud infra (GCP), CI/CD, IAM, security.
• Manage external contractors and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Translate business needs into precise technical specs; challenge scope when needed.
• Drive AI infrastructure rollout, governance, and upskilling programs.
• Develop PRDs, architecture docs, and project scopes; forecast timelines and resources.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, cloud infra, and tech program management.
• Proven ability to architect and own GCP infra end-to-end with external contractors.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder engagement; translate needs to specs.
• Move from ambiguity to a structured technical plan and portfolio ownership.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's strongly preferred.
• Experience leading external vendors and ensuring deliverables.
